A new leaflet Flooding: advice for the public is now available, produced by Public Health England in collaboration with the Environment Agency (England) to help those at risk of flooding.
Drawing on experience from a number of major floods, plus research, the document contains practical advice and tips for the time before flooding occurs, when flooding has been forecast, and what do to after a flood, including cleaning up safely.
